Carver Commodore is an alternative rock band from the modest music town of Florence, Alabama. The band is composed of guitarist and vocalist Payton Pruitt, guitarist Phillip Blevins, drummer Noah Freeman, multi-instrumentalist Clayton Christopher, and bassist David Smith Jr. In contrast to the “swampy, soulful sound” that put their hometown on the map, Carver is known for fusing garage, indie, and pop influences into stadium-worthy rock anthems. CC has toured relentlessly since their formation, playing over 250 shows (80+ in 2021 alone) and have released two full-length records: 2019’s Tell Me What You Want and 2021’s Welcome to the Modern World respectively.
